Refund & Exchange Policy
RETURN & REFUND POLICY APPLIES TO FULL PRICED ITEMS ONLY
We offer a 14-day return policy on full-priced items, this includes our 10% first order discount. You’ll have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition, with tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging, including the barcode sticker
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
Returns without original packaging cannot be accepted.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for processing.
Please note: Duties, taxes, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please reach out to our team at enquiry@millionvoicesapparel.com. Be sure to include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Please note:
Items damaged due to misuse, abnormal wear, or incorrect washing will not be eligible for refund, exchange, or repair. In line with Australian Consumer Law, we may request reasonable proof before a resolution can be offered.
Once we’ve reviewed your case, we’ll provide the next steps on how to return the item.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Please note the following regarding discounted items:
- All sale items are final. These items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Orders placed with a discount code can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
- We are unable to offer refunds or price adjustments on full-price purchases made prior to a sale, should those items later be discounted.
EXCHANGES
Only FULL PRICED items can be exchanged within 14 days of the purchase date.
Ship the item/s for exchange back to us;
To request an exchange:
Include your order number and clearly note the size or product you’d like in exchange on the returns card provided with your order. Pack this card along with the item(s) you’re returning.
Please ensure all items are returned in original condition and securely packaged.
Due to hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be exchanged.
Returns may take up to 5 business days to be processed once received.
Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
SALES & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS POLICY
All sale items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
If your order included a free gift, and you choose to return your items for a refund, the gift must also be returned.
However, if you're returning for store credit or an exchange, you’re welcome to keep the gift.

AFTERPAY RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
If you purchased using Afterpay, you can return your item(s) within 14 days of your original purchase for a size exchange.
Please note:
- Returns may take up to 5 business days to process once received.
- Sale items and those purchased with a discount code are not eligible for refund.
- You can return one or multiple items for exchange.
Be sure to keep up with your Afterpay payments while your return is in transit, as Afterpay may charge late fees for overdue payments.
If your Afterpay contract is cancelled or amended, a $10 fee will apply.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
