Operating Hours
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm AEST

We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm AEST. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and shipping, depending on warehouse activity.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

 

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

Shipping times depend on Australia Post and courier schedules, which may vary by delivery zone. These times do not include order processing.
Delivery times can vary based on your location. Metro areas typically receive orders faster than rural areas, so factor in extra time if needed.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders, including those to New Zealand, are shipped via DHL Express Post. Customs checks and import duties or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

 

ORDER DELAYS

During peak sales or promotions, processing times may be longer due to high order volumes. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers beyond Million Voices Apparel’s control. Please consider processing, dispatch, and delivery times when placing your order.

 

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid to release your package. This applies even if you choose to refuse delivery.

By law, we are required to declare the value of your order on the package. Customs agents may hold, delay, or in rare cases, deny the release of your shipment.

If you refuse to pay any applicable charges, your order will be returned to us. In such cases, we will refund your order minus any shipping costs or return fees charged to us by the carrier.

We offer free standard shipping on all full-priced orders within Australia ONLY.  Shipping and taxes are included in the order value (AU only). This offer applies to item(s) values only.  This offer is automatically applied at checkout.
